We inject heavenly seasonings right into the bird, a special French rotisserie rotates the bird top to bottom, so juices from each bird coat the bird below. Prepared Brazilian style, spread flat, cook it more evenly throughout. What you end up with is pure gold.

Ok - this is really special, our meaty delicious black beans 50/50 with our Spicy Texas Beef Chili. It's a flavor bomb. Add rice for a total meal experience.

This is based on the classic Texas style beef chili - 2 kinds of beef, fresh jalapeño peppers, real chilies, and fire roasted tomatoes. It is spicy, but not crazy.

This may be the best sandwich ever. The garlicy “Jimmy Choo” sauce, with the gorgeous caramelized red onions, and arugula on a buttered Brioche Bun make for a flavor bomb that make our hearts spin. Add a slice of Monterey Jack for another little kick!

Our Texas Chili between a lovely Brioche Bun – add pickles or cheese. The sandwich made famous in the 1930’s @ Sloppy Joe’s Bar in Havana, Cuba (that’s the version of the story we like) Simoni seems to prefer the Slap Joey name – so we went with it!
